I paid for an article, but Andrew was kind enough to offer me a free review copy too even though I didn't request it, so I will give 10/10 for customer service.

The article was delivered in a timely manner, no delays or excuses so again 10/10.

It passed Copyscape so it was supplied as advertised, but it only took a little digging to find the original article that the first half of it came from. To be honest, I am surprised how ineffective Copyscape seems to be: part of my article was so close to the original that I could not use it. So to be honest, in this case I can only give 5 out of 10 for content.

I guess it comes down to how one is to define "original" content. Sorry it's not a glowing review Andrew, but I have to be honest.

Here is my review.

I received a review copy from Andrew. It was a general topic about places and mountains.

The first copy I received was just a rewrite of another hubpages article. No research or anything, just a rewrite of that article, even the subheadings remained the same. I mentioned this and he gave me a rewrite.

Quality
The grammar is good, sentence flow is nice. But still somewhere I feel its more of a rewrite than anything else. If you want to have a nice rewrite of some PLR article, this would the service. But if you want original well researched article, then I won't recommend them.

Communication -
Great. He was responding to my message promptly and even provided a free rewrite. So great.

Price -
For a rewrite, the price is slightly costly. But if he can provide well researched original articles at this price, then this is a good price.

The article was only 300 words. It's quite short so no further research is needed. We made use of several sources though to write the article.

Also, since it is about specific places/mountains, the information we got are also similar to each other. Mostly are about descriptions of the places as well as the sceneries that could be found there.

We did our best to satisfy your demand even by providing a rewrite.

Anyway, I do appreciate the feedback, and we will try to do it better next time
