My honest review:
I know I am pretty new around here so my credibility doesn't have much merit but I wanted to just give my opinion and hopefully Phil can learn something.

I ordered a single keyword article for a local niche business. It was a 500 word order and the article came out to 556 which was nice. However, I felt that there was a ton of repeat content throughout the article. The article did not follow my exact keyword but it was similar and another keyword I want to rank for so it was no problem. I emailed Phil about the article and had asked a few questions. Never received a response so I figured hes probably just over worked. Gave it a week and still nothin. While I did end up using the article and manually spun it myself I did end up having to make some additions with my keyword to increase the percentage of density as it did not meet the ~3%. All in all it was an ok service but was just hoping for a little more because of all the great reviews.

I'm receiving about 150 emails per day right now between the paypal notifications, form informations and actual customer emails, so it is possible that occasionally something may go overlooked however hard I try. My inbox has blown up since making my thread on here and it seems as if everyone on WickedFire had started ordering from me (lol not literallly speaking of course) so the pressure is quite high and I have not trained a VA yet to help take over some of the weight (which I am in the process of doing)

I'm buried under work at the moment, yes. The training of writers even with the processes and material I have in place is a challenging task. I see some other guys on here, who I will leave un named post projects on various outsourcing sites and selecting literally almost everyone who replies. Sure that makes meeting demand pretty easy, but I'm trying to stick by quality as much as I can and if something is not in order the writer is either asked to improve or let go. I'm trying to get TAT down as much as possible which is going to require a very flexible and strong infrastructure to support. I have approximately 14-16 hour work days right now managing everything going on right now, but I'm not going to complain. I love the work because that's what brings home the bacon and I have the composure to meet it. But I'm indeed incredibly busy, and I do my best to get back to everyone without question. If I do not get back to you in a day don't hesitate to skype me. It's easy and I'm almost always available.

I ordered a single keyword article for a local niche business. It was a 500 word order and the article came out to 556 which was nice. However, I felt that there was a ton of repeat content throughout the article. The article did not follow my exact keyword but it was similar and another keyword I want to rank for so it was no problem. I emailed Phil about the article and had asked a few questions. Never received a response so I figured hes probably just over worked. Gave it a week and still nothin. While I did end up using the article and manually spun it myself I did end up having to make some additions with my keyword to increase the percentage of density as it did not meet the ~3%.
