This was a part of my old review to this service

Just to keep everyone updated, he didn't keep his word.
It has been 2 weeks now and he didn't deliver the articles, I pmed several times asking if he will complete these articles or not and his reply was always "I will deliver the articles in a day or 2, My blood pressure is high now and I can't do the work"

So to update my review the customer service is rubbish
