I was given a review copy.

Speed: ContentExpert had a power outage in his area, which caused a slight delay, but the turnaround was still very quick. Can't blame him for things outside his control.
Communication: He stayed in communication with me and informed me of the percentage of completion of the article as he was working on it so that I knew when to expect it.
Value: I think the price is reasonable, given that he's a native speaker (American) and the content is pretty good quality.
Quality: The quality is good. The article is free of grammatical errors and doesn't really have any instances of awkward phrasing.
Overall: I would give the overall score a 5 out of 5. The quality is good, the turnaround is quick, the price is reasonable and he communicates well over email.

I will be ordering from him again. In fact, I already have =]

You keep changing your prices, and buy one get one free is there one second and gone the next. Communication is poor. Nothing irritates me more than wasting my fucking time.

I decided to raise my prices because I feel they are worth more than I was asking. I have had many orders so I apologize if my communication was poor although I have record of quite of few pm's that were exchanged between us. Also, I did not start work as I need payment before I begin.

I find it sad that you have to post this on the thread but to each his own.
