I got one of those review copies. Kichuu was straightforward, prompt,and communication was good (if a little pushy). Turnover time was very fast. I received a ~500 word article as I requested, properly formatted, with basic English.

However, the actual content cannot be used for internet articles. There were grammatical errors, that you'd expect from someone whose still learning English. If you were going to make a splog or wanted content with which to spam, it would be ok. However, for your money site, or anything reasonable the content is useless.

I would not pay more than $.15/100 words... to answer message board questions.

Through an event that was unrelated to this in the slightest, I happened upon one of these here Acai articles to critique. I found three major errors in the very first sentence, making a lenient and unbiased review of the content damn near impossible. It didn't get much better, I'm afraid.

Now, I know these are for SEO and blah blah blah don't have to be perfect nor even remotely good, but I can't allow him to sell these for $7 a piece or even $6 -- cause in my opinion they're only worth $4. And even that's a fucking stretch.

Don't get me wrong, he's a great guy, and I honestly regret doing this, but I couldn't live with myself knowing someone might buy these at the price listed.

I was going to post the IM conversation that we had which illustrates so beautifully during MULTIPLE parts why I absolutely cannot fucking stand shitty article writers when they clearly cannot grasp much of the English language but still choose to write anyway, but I will not. Unless he tries to deny this and wants me post a few choice sections which illustrate my points clearly.

I gave him an opportunity to do this himself too, but he didn't.

Now, obviously it's fine if people want to pay him on the cheap to do SEO stuff. Completely fine and I get it. But these are too expensive. So it's not fine.
