I’m having a lot of trouble after uploading a new design and system for my site. I’m using goldencan for seo and affiliate but it seems like it dosn’t work that well on wordpress as it didt with standard html i had before
I’m loosing indexed pages in all search engines, inbound links and links really fast - it’s really frustrating since i used alot of time on the new design... The result is a better looking website but all the pages using goldencan is totaly out of the SERP for their keywords:-/
For me it looks like google can’t see the pages that the goldencan php-script should be loading...
Is there anyone who have experience with goldencan and wordpress? I’m desperate to solve this problem - hope some of you guys will help me...

The new site was launched 6th of September.
Heres some stats from Ranktracker.org (statede tracking 20th of august) Orange dot indicates the replacement of the old html site with the new wordpress system.
Google analytics: (Blue = visits, Orange = pages pr. visit)
How bad is this?..
I would be incredibly thankfull for any help on this matter and I would be willing to pay for expert help if there’s anyone who know a way to fix the problem fast.
