SO here's the deal, I'm starting graphic design/web design biz. I've been developing my professional skills. Just got my Adobe Certified Expert in PHotoshop CS4 and Illustrator CS4 (can provide proof to potential clients). Still working on my portfolio and website. However, I need to earn some extra cash to pay Dentist ($600 ) and the Eye Doc ($350!) right away. So I'm ready to work at promotional rates with new clients. Thanks to the dentist, Here is your chance to take advantage of me while I'm still a 'noob'

I'll be offering 50% off 'review' copies to first 5 clients. After that 'promotional' rates below will apply. I provide 3 rounds of revisions standard. I'll be uploading portfolio pieces over next few days.
