I stumbled across this recently. A class action against Amateurmatch, on behalf of all the schmucks who entered their credit cards in the "get laid tonight!" box.

They are including affiliates, and people who advertise there, and trying to make a RICO case out of it.

It's only at the complaint stage, so who knows if it will come to anything, but interesting reading anyhow for a detailed account of how the operation works (according to the lawyers)
