It does kind of worry me that neither party sought to get this in writing. If I was talking about $90,000/day (2000 leads at $45) when the written and signed contract was for $9,000/day, I wouldn't feel safe risking the $81,000 difference on "NO LIMIT." I understand that the risk is not making a crap-ton of money immediately, but then you get into legal gray areas like this.

Happy to hear that the good guys won though.

I am wondering on the amount of flak received by the VP of Advertising, Nick Touris. Since he was the guy on the IM chat that overturned the whole case.
