This just in from multiple anonymous sources..

PrimaryAds, a ThinkPartnership Company (AMEX:THK) is going through one hell of a storm right now. From what we've been their Affiliate Managers left in full force yesterday over an issue about not being paid their bonuses that were promised to them. Today, the two founders of PrimaryAds quit as well, because they were told by their parent company, ThinkPartnership that they were not going to be paid for not being able to hit their targets.

Sources at PrimaryAds said that all of this happened within a 24 hour period, and was completely sudden and unexpected. We tried reaching someone at PrimaryAds for a comment, but they declined.

Sources have also hinted that affiliates may not be getting paid on time either, due to an audit that will be done by THK on the PrimaryAds revenues. No word yet on how long the wait may be, but when audits are issued, there is typically a 30-60 day buffer period of wait time.

Word has it that there will be an official statement shortly coming directly from the ThinkPartnership Company.

Dave and Ken, the two founders of PrimaryAds have notified a few people and sources, and said they won't be returning to PrimaryAds. They are done. Ouch.

Got an official statement exclusively from the PR folks at ThinkPartnership. It's only fair to let them make their side of the story known as well.

Here's the email covering the story:

The original founders and the first employee of PrimaryAds are leaving the company. Though that’s disappointing and we’re sad to see them go, the situation is completely under control. The remaining PrimaryAds staff and the other employees we’ve brought in from across the corporation are committed to executing a smooth transition. It is our goal to make these moves without any disruption in the high quality service and assistance that our clients and affiliates are used to getting from us.

No word yet on the information about the audits or delays in payments. Will get that here as soon as we get any official statements on it.

spoke to my AM when this came out, he said the 4 founders of PrimaryAds are all leaving, including him. i dont know why 4 instead of 2, but friday is def his last day. sucks, was a good guy.

Yet another reason big companies fuck things up. I've worked with primary ads in the past, they were alright but I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

Also, I love the "diplomatic politician" email sounds like someone trying to polish a turd!

I just spoke to my AM at Primary Ads. Seems everything is "under control". They owe me money, what else can one say? That statement released doesnt convince me until I get my check.

Maybe it really is just an internal problem which I hope it is actually. Has anyone ever been jipped by Primary with payments who use them?

All the big shots are off the payoll, so they should have plenty of money to pay their affiliates. I still cut them off as soon as I heard this news though. Fuckin bastards.

But then again, I dunno man, I've gotten two e mails in the last week about some payouts being raised on certain offers. Seems like they're chuggin along with the 1 employee they have left.
