Visit any facebook page.

You will see a link called Create page at the right hand top.
Click that.

Making a page on Facebook is not a big deal, it is not necessary to make an account on Facebook first. you just have to write 'create Facebook page' on Google and you will reach at the right place. Creating a business promotion page on Facebook will also create your account on it automatically, if needed. on that link you have to select the type of your business among the categories. also, you have to enter your address detail. one of my favourite pages is Royal watches.
