i heard the news, well you know google now dominate more on the search engines space and microsoft doesn't want to loose ground so they want to purchase yahoo and fight against google. But microsoft sucks on internet space, their search engine is so easy to dominate and every one lost interest to it!

well Yahoo declined the offer because the offer was too "cheap" to think Yahoo needs money for finances

I have not read way too much about this deal but I just can not believe that this is a good deal for the average conumer o small business owner for that matter.
