M_I_N_I1 has a spectacular aura about
Checkthisout Clear the balances on all credit cards and loans taken out before April 07

Just recieved this through work thought it might be an interest to you any questions just let us know as the company is in the same building as me. Or if your interested i can put you in touch with the Director.

UK only. -At present.

Details
- Write off your credit cards or personal loan
- No limit to the number of cards/loans
- Aslong as they were taken out before 1st April 07

Costs

Upfront fee of £450.00- if your case doesnt go through you get refunded £400 (£50 is an admin fee)

How does it work?

Key changes to the Consumer Credit Act means that most credit cards and unsecured loans issued before 1st April 2007 could be totaly written off through a legal process.

Whoever your credit or loan is with, whatever the balance, we could help. Our specialist lawyers will assess your individual case, guiding you through the process.

No matter how many cards or loans you have we could help with them all. If your case meets the qualifying criteria the balance of your credit or store card or unsecured loan could be written off in full.

Yeah Right

  1. Take £450.00 and hold on to it while it earns interest
  2. Return £400.00 a few months later claiming case didn't go through
  3. Keep £50.00 "Admin Fee"
  4. Profit!

Its not the company that i work for that do it is a company that is owned by Guardian finance (70%) and the other 30% is owned by a group of barristers, i thought it was to good to be true but if any UK people can back me up here since April 2007 i have had my bank phone me to advise me they could cut my rate on my credit card and loan by 1-2% but i have to sign a new agreement this way they have changed there rules and regulations and are now compliant with the consumer credit act. Crafty ay!
