Three weeks ago they killed the G0ogle newspaper ads. Today they killed Go0gle radio ads.

I wonder how long their TV ads project will be around.

I'll give it six months, tops. If you want a radio or a newspaper ad, why would you even think about going to Google? That's like me going to NBC for a ad in the NY Times. That whole thing was just stupid.

On the bright side, it DOES prevent them from getting a foot in the door for every advertising path.

Whilst TV and Print may be going south as mediums, I think Radio is going to stick around for a good while... People like to be able to flick it on in the car, and people spend a LOT of time in their cars.

FTFY, but the point remains. Radio will be around as long as people are stuck in traffic and bored and it's still unsafe to surf the net while driving.
