Blue China Group, Ltd settles spam lawsuit with Myspace
For your reference the article below describes the lawsuit filed by Myspace against Blue China Group, Ltd on December 21st, 2007:
MySpace sues company over mass spamming - SC Magazine US Blue China Group, Ltd has fully and finally settled the lawsuit filed by MySpace. The parties to the lawsuit entered into a Settlement Agreement and agreed to a Consent Judgment and Injunction to be filed in Federal Court. The Consent Judgment dismisses with prejudice all claims asserted by MySpace against Michael P. Walczak, Doru Giuchici, and Jeremia Beuhre. Blue China Group, Ltd is an entity with no assets and no current business operations, so the monetary judgment is of no concern. Blue China Group, Ltd intends to honor the terms of the injunction, in large part because it was not engaging in described activities and does not intend to engage in the described activities in the future. |
