Google Discusses Link Building Strategies
For some time now link building for Google has been a pain in the ass since Google has been refining their back link algo all the time. When you check back links for certain site in Yahoo and then in Google, you'll notice a very big difference. 99,9% of the link traders haven't figured it out why this happens and continue trading links in old style with link pages. This makes it difficult to find useful link partners. My wish is that Google would discard all link pages. It would be much harder to link spam, and "honest" links would stick better. It seems that now Google finally admits that they are counting links differently so it's not some conspiracy to give misinformation to SEO people when checking back links. |
