I'll put it to y'all like this. I'm a 23 year old black guy. I'm the definition of an Obama supporter but when it comes to this paper, fuck all that. Money isn't about color, sex, or age. its about getting it and from the looks of things, it won't be getting any easier but thats okay with me.

When times get hard, you just gotta grind harder.

I'm not here to talk about what's good about Obama and what's bad as I'm nowhere close to being an Obama supporter after what he has shown that he can do and can't do.

Anyways, it can't be any more true that you only have to grind harder. That's life, no exceptions.

Yes I agree, you can always get around gov. regs. and make your money, Just dont forget that under this new government, you going to have to give more of the money you made to the people sitting home doing nothing.
At least your making an effort to better yourself.
I think we as people need to help each other, we all need it at one time or another, I dont think the government needs to tell us who we help.

I'd be very suprised if this gets through. There are so many corporations who are making big money from online advertising, their lobbying power (and political donations) will chop the cojones from this bill pretty quickly. A bit like the CAN SPAM act.

Damn near all off-the-shelf apps (ie, Wordpress, etc) use cookies. Those could be considered "data collection" if they were looking for a way to prosecute you.
