Yep,, I think it is awesome. I guess the issue now is,, How will investors look at this companies IPO. I am sure a few press releases will be circulating heavily over the next few weeks. Interesting times for azoogle ahead.

Hmm, could this mean that Google would be assuming legal liabilities for offers run through their cost per action program?

If it will be equivalent to what Azoogle does with ringtones and there will be "Designed and Marketed by: Google" footers on the bottom of landing pages then it would make sense that Google would assume legal liability for those pages.

But obviously that's not the way Google works with advertisers.

Florida Attorney General seems to be busy these days. Azoogle's not the only one they're "investigating"

Obviously, I don't want to put anyone on the spot... But I know some ex-employees have been called regarding "Free iPods" and such like that. So I know they're looking to crack down on all the "free" advertising type of landing pages and such
