Unsolicited Review

I'm kinda hesitant to even share this b/c some of it had to be timing and I'd been working on this page in other capacities, i.e. I'm not saying this should be expected. Anyways, the red line represents the date the first link was indexed by G.

Keyword is low/mid competition and has 15K searches/month.

Communication was good and everything happened like I was told it would. About to double or triple down as soon as I figure out the best way to amplify these types of links and/or whether it's worth the $ to even try.
