Hey Zingo,
I too wanted to know about this and wanting from a long time for your response. Response to both the threads would a help for junior members like me, so that they can avoid gifting an unnecessary ban themselves. Thanks. Quote:

Okay,
But is providing other services like social bookmarking, profile creation, press release submission, etc are also considered as rehash as well or can it be offered without taking your permission. To avoid getting the name of scammer I would take payment after the work is completed till I get good reputation. I would like to offer some services, but don't want to get banned, so bothering this thread again and again, but will not do so once get started. Thanks. |

Hey Zingo,
What if there is partial information of the service? Like they say, secrete sauce to boost the link, etc. Is it allowed? If not I have to think about it, before starting a thread, which I'm planning with in a week or two. An clear image on that would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. |

This is what I think about Secret Sauce
If that gives you any idea or I can elaborate. There needs to be some idea of what your providing so when I read the post am not like WTF is this bullshit? I am getting tired of these type of posts and having to deal with them and attitudes if you can hear it in my tone and my ban trigger might be quick. |

Should network sellers be required to disclose whether they own the network? I just think posts like this (ALN, but that isn't made clear until someone asks about it) are a bit misleading: RANKBLASTERS! - 555 PR5-PR1 Class A High PR Blog Posts

new thread question
Hi Zingo,
I was looking to start a thread to offer our link building services but want to play everything by the rules before posting, so I have a few questions (apologies if some of them have been answered already elsewhere) - what are the rules regarding giving review copies for new providers? - can our thread title include a bit of copywriting (I know this is a big one as some folks have been banned already. so for example can we use the below as a title:[Guaranteed Ranking Boost] 2500 links @$?? - 1000 profiles, 200 social bookmarks etc... Look forward to your answers, really looking forward to being a long term member of this great forum. Cheers matey, Iman |

Not quite sure how or where to do this, but it seems that certain providers do not describe their offers on site and try to lure people over to their website.
I would love to see a rule demanding a) to describe the service offered and b) the pricetag. |

Hey Zingo,
Can I make a suggestion. I think we should get rid of the "star rating" as I suspect there are sellers going around and putting 1 stars on new threads (which isn't ethical IMO since people pay money for those threads). Plus it's easy for a new seller to put 5 stars on their own thread which isn't really telling of their service. All you see in the BST are stars. |
