Zingo, where do we report for False Negative Itraders? I know, there is a report button but still, to get an immediate solution, I should report here.

I got a negative Itrader from a client "zotium" because he thinks my service, "Squidoo-Wiki Interlinking" is a misleading service because, he thinks Wiki= Wikipedia. Whereas, Wiki can stand for Wikispaces, Wikidot, Weebly etc. as well. He doesn't get it. If he would have sent me a PM or Email regarding this matter I would have REFUNDED the full amount if he was not satisfied with my service but he never did that. Instead, he gave me a negative reputation and posted a misleading reply in my service thread. Now, I really wonder this guy can be some potential scammer who is my rival service provider who likes to kill his competitor's business.
