Awesome question. :) I'll answer it here and PM with you a copy of my answers as well.

This isn't just a submission service, these are guaranteed backlinks. When I say this I mean you are guaranteed to get 100 directory links from established adult directories (most are from at least 2009) and they are also drawn out over about 50 IP addresses. They're also adult directories versus normal directories. Adult directories are much more difficult to find.

My niche is borderline adult (female health) so it is not easy for me to get approved by normal directory. It is really frustrating that i can't rank for the keyword that i targeted

i received a excel file with all the url listed. I randomly check 20 url and found my listing on all of them. Turn around time is within 24 hours

As op stated, these directory have different IP address. I randomly checked 10 directory: 2 pr2 ,3 pr1 and 5 pr0. However all of them have hundreds of page indexed.

It is too early to report any SEPR changed. I will come back if it move up.

.37 per link is a good deal, especially for adult site before most directory reject adult listing
