I could go on and on about typical problems someone can face when it comes to having a rank tracker. And of course as many people have told me, don't complain about a problem unless you have a solution.

Therefore, cardine and I bring you Microsite Masters - a daily rank tracker with a focus on accuracy and stability.

I'm so stoked to try this out. I've been looking for a(n) (accurate) rankings tracker that has white label reports as this is the only thing that's been tying me to SEScout.

Unfortunately, $150/month is a little pricey for the number of clients I have so I'll have to settle for screenshots until I scale up.

I bought the mom's basement I think a couple weeks ago and have it at 98% of the keywords the notice says.

All local keywords. And am 99.5% good with the results I am seeing.

So I would say you would be good with local serp reporting.

Having used Serpfox & sescout, Micro Site Masters has made me the happiest. I canceled my serpfox account a month ago.

Here is why:
- Accurate results. No more telling the client their site is #3 when really its #15 and you end up looking like an idiot.
- Can generate dynamic rank tracking page for public/client to see. no more taking bullshit screenshots and attaching them to emails or pdf reports.
- Daily email of my ranking increases. Wake up and check email, see everything I need.
- Scoreboard area is neat, can view all of my ranking increases/decreases in 1 single spot.
- Have a suggestion or need help? I typically can just send over a skype and they answer my questions.

I picked up a small account when they were in beta, and I've been using it on one of my sites. It's a lot more accurate then the others I've worked with. I was seeing a lot of rankings way higher then my sites actually were with a few iPhone apps I tried.

Solid product, and I'll be upgrading so I can put a lot more sites on it.

I got in on the beta. After approximately 1.5 days of using it I cancelled my SEScout sub. Nothing against them or their product, this one just suits my needs better. It works, the ROI tracking feature is great, the live reports for others to view is awesome. I love the stuff Cardine and Bofu do. Now get some Link Arrow done!

Further I'd like to add that I've tried SeScout and older ranktracking services and found major problems with them all... Usually lost or inaccurate rankings being tracked at the very least.

This NEVER happens with MsM. Just the data you want, every single day, with great prices too. I'm currently tracking 1702 Keywords in it and there are no missed days nor fishy results yet... And I got in early on the beta.

Kind of pissed that Bofu and Cardine didn't give me a heads up about the public launch and I'll tell you why.

About two months ago I was doing some SERP tracking accuracy testing, half way through bofu was like "oh yeah me and cardine are doing a SERP tool, it's pretty good". So I had to start from scratch and add in microsite masters.

Anyways, I tracked 100 KWs and then manually searched for them through proxies and recorded their actual positions VS reported positions. It was by no means a perfect solution or test but it did give me a general idea of which tools are great and which tools suck.

MICROSITE MASTERS WAS BY FAR THE BEST OF THE TOOLS.

Stuff like sescout had an error rate of 5 positions, that means if my manual search was showing a position of 11, sescout would show a position of 6 or 16. Even authority labs had a high error rate of around 3 positons.

Microsite masters was by far the best and had an error rate of around 0.1 and in all honesty that is just natural/human error/probably my fault.

I was so impressed with the results I actually set up a site to promote MSM, now I just need to wait for the affiliate program to launch and hope you fuckers don't all sign up before it does.

I forgot to mention, I wanted to track 10,000 KWs for a large scale test I was doing and cardine and bofu were able to accomodate me without any hassle so I wouldn't worry about scaling issues.

i was in on beta and gave cardine some shit out a couple things... but those are fixed and this thing freakin rocks. Running about 20 sites on it currently, and man this notes feature is amazingggg.

Well worth the dough, saves me time in excel and is awesome. Thumbs up for gay webmasters everywhere

Once a day my friend. The first time you put a site in it puts priority on getting your initial rankings (usually within 30 minutes) and then after that it's on a midnight - 11 AMish daily run EST timezone. We don't have support for, nor any plans to implement a more-than-24-hours scraping schedule.

What the Hell? You need to tell me when you're making shit live Rob, I'd have tossed in a testi sooner.

I got in on the Beta a couple months ago and the rank tracking was solid then. I had used SEScout, MS's ranktracker, etc. before and they weren't even close to as accurate as this. So, for just your set-and-forget rank tracking, this is definitely the service you need and their pricing on keyword limit is awesome.

I haven't really messed with the projects and tracking link building to compare rank changes. I had tried that a month ago and gave Cardine some feedback on fixing some layout issues, which seem to have been resolved. I'm still not fond of the white/gray text and background combinations, but it's gotten easier to read since earlier in the beta.

As far as features go, you get a lot of stuff other trackers don't have on all pricing levels. However, I would like to see scheduled reporting applied to all plans because that's just a standard feature that other trackers have and your customer expects going in. I got in on the Beta a couple months ago and the rank tracking was solid then. I had used SEScout, MS's ranktracker, etc. before and they weren't even close to as accurate as this. Agree with this statement .. would love to see scheduled reporting (and maybe white labeling) on all accounts enabled. Sometimes you just don't have to track that many keywords ....

Thanks for the response LukeP, I would have said the same thing. I can talk it over with the guys and see what they think. The difference in price between non-white labeled accounts and white labeled accounts should easily be fulfilled by the amount of time you'll get back from not running PDF's manually, or doing this, or doing that.

Keep in mind the scheduled reports can be sent directly to your client if you wanted to. This eliminates the entire headache of sending monthly/weekly reports. Or if you use something like Basecamp to send reports, you can grab the unique e-mail address for that project, have it mail the reports there, and it'll update it on Basecamp for your client.

Having used Serpfox & sescout, Micro Site Masters has made me the happiest. I canceled my serpfox account a month ago. Here is why: - Accurate results. No more telling the client their site is #3 when really its #15 and you end up looking like an idiot. - Can generate dynamic rank tracking page for public/client to see. no more taking bullshit screenshots and attaching them to emails or pdf reports. - Daily email of my ranking increases. Wake up and check email, see everything I need. - Scoreboard area is neat, can view all of my ranking increases/decreases in 1 single spot. - Have a suggestion or need help? I typically can just send over a skype and they answer my questions. - Ability to add notes into tracking for when I add backlinks, very neat feature. So i know exactly what type of backlinking affected what rankings. About two months ago I was doing some SERP tracking accuracy testing, half way through bofu was like "oh yeah me and cardine are doing a SERP tool, it's pretty good". So I had to start from scratch and add in microsite masters. Anyways, I tracked 100 KWs and then manually searched for them through proxies and recorded their actual positions VS reported positions. It was by no means a perfect solution or test but it did give me a general idea of which tools are great and which tools suck. MICROSITE MASTERS WAS BY FAR THE BEST OF THE TOOLS. Stuff like sescout had an error rate of 5 positions, that means if my manual search was showing a position of 11, sescout would show a position of 6 or 16. Even authority labs had a high error rate of around 3 positons. Microsite masters was by far the best and had an error rate of around 0.1 and in all honesty that is just natural/human error/probably my fault. I was so impressed with the results I actually set up a site to promote MSM, now I just need to wait for the affiliate program to launch and hope you fuckers don't all sign up before it does. 10/10.
