NO BLOGROLL SERVICES ALLOWED AT THIS TIME 1-17-2012

If you offer blog rolls currently, after your current thread is closed you cannot open another one.

There is to many issues I receiving from blog roll sales.

If you open another thread I will close it and ban you.

thx,
z

Zingo, I understand your way of dealing with this.

However, I think if blogroll posts were moderated things would run smoother.

Too much irrelevant matter and nagging going on.

I know for my situation, I sell blogrolls on my sites and do it as a service. I've only had 1 complaint on here and if you read all posts, i'm asking 'what do you want as a resolve?" and it was ignored with the guy continously posting comments that were childish and irrelevant.

Childishness and money NEVER go togethor.

That stopped my business and now I feel I need to get a refund b/c he ruined my posts. $72 lost.

I would have refunded or issued another link to the guy (as you can see in multiple posts i ask ), but too much pointless convo was going on.

BLogroll services are great on WickedFire , serioulsy... Just need to get rid of the people who have multiple accounts to launch 'reply attacks' and have rules in place for buyers & sellers:

ideas - - - >

Blogs selling links must have:
a) Domain Authority of ___+
b) page aauthority of ___+
c) backlinks history that shows inbound links from higher pageranked sites
d) must be from actively updated blogs
e) must post a link to your WickedFire profile on blog before you begin selling links

Some simple rules like that would probably kill a lot of the BS.

And also remind the buyers:
a) you are responsible for what you buy
b) read posts thoroughly before purchasing and ask questions

Those kinds of things would help greatly.

+1 from me on this. I'd vote for kind of a pre-defined sheet which providers have to provide when selling something like blogrolls, how about for example domain authority of opensiteexplorer, links according to majesticseo ? Would kill like 90% of the scammers with fake domains.

EDIT: did not see the post by Creator, seems done in same minute, sorry for doublepost...

Creator 01-17-2012 12:12 PM

Yeah, I give credit to Casino for a lot of help with what I do. The PageA/DomanA thing is a great way to get through some BS. That's better than nothing and pretty clean.

^ this - would love to see blogrolls back on BST if the quality can get there

Hey Zingo,

http://www.wickedfire.com/members/seogal.html
This guy has started new blog roll sales thread even after creating this sticky thread that no blog rolls are allowed.
http://www.wickedfire.com/links-seo/...xed-pages.html

He is a senior member even then he broke the rules.

I think PA and DA, doesn't really work out much as I have a site PR2 with PA75/DA70, it can easily be manipulated with just mass blog comments with the anchor text matching your title tag.
(I can send you the site just pm me)

I was shocked when I see my PR2 has far way more PA and DA against most PR5,6,7. Should there be a certain PA and DA to relevant PR? I doubt so.. cause PR and DA itself are different metrics of ranking a site from 2 different backlinks crawlers. google/moz.

Like said by Andrey in his service.. his PR0 has far way more DA and PA than other blogpost provider here who provide PR blogpost that consist DA and PA of 1? - 10? - 20?

But that doesn't mean or conclude that other providers PRs are fake.

Secondly I wouldn't vouch for OSE because they are lagging behind in crawling, recording and updating, new links and links that were removed, so the DA and PA records are always like months behind or maybe close to a year behind.
(Just so you know half of my 4000 domains that is pointing to my PR2 has already been dropped, but ose did not update it even after 6-7 months and it is still showing PA and DA of 75..for my site, this misleading data is very harmful)

Not to mention if ose have the ability to actually be able to find 50% of the backlinks and make a real record out of it. No one do better to find your backlinks other than google(in your webmaster account) the billion dollar company.

-------------------------

Seo Majestic is a tool I love, I have even subscribed to them, but recently i found out they are unable to find some really important links towards certain sites that i am checking on. But my other tools are able to locate them.

Here is an example : Manage Time Like A Pro | Best Time Management Tips

This PR5 might seem fake to most of everyone, because it has low pa and da(due to lack of ton's of unique domain backlinking but has few strong quality backlink to it, like said just blast your blog comments with relevant you will acquire high pa and da, want proof? ask me for my pr2 site.. how can it have pa/da of 75 when most pr6 only have like 50-60? does that mean you should pay me $400 for blogpost on pr2 instead of pr6 because my pr2 actually has more authority?)

Ok shuck I will just give out my pr2 site for public to learn this case and flaw. This is only one of its sub page which have pr0 and yet PA as high as 67... All I did was buy a blog comment service on wf here to blast it and walla.. my pa is higher than most of all your sites that has pr3 and above.

Make Money Online Article | Make Money Online | Earn Money Online

For the main domain you need to go ose and type it in to check, its currently redirected to my PR7 so it can pass its backlink juice to my PR7.

Ok lets continue with the case....

Then you go on to check its backlinks on majestic.. whao the link profile is so shitty... 100% fake pr5, ................... hold on.. does majestic show you one of his many pr source backlinks from authority site youtube itself?

Which is also pr5 with tons of authority -
So just because majestic and ose doesn't find and record these links.. it doesn't mean the PRs are fake.. you need more indepth and detail research. How many of you actually were able to locate its youtube backlink?

FireNetworkBlog 01-27-2012 06:11 AM

Sorry, the link above for the pr 5 is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1veY4sGLrg

the forum embed it

turbo2 01-27-2012 02:53 PM

@FireNetworkBlog: Thanks for your example, i didnīt know that it is so easy to fake the pa and da....

FireNetworkBlog 01-27-2012 02:56 PM

Yea.. I mean alot of wf are giving the hoo haa at the pa and da.. but that's not really the point.. the point is giving the domain a backlink search and see what is supporting it which is up to date.

I can come on with selling PA/DA links on wf for some money.. but what is the point when it doesn't help wf members to move their serp?

Sometimes I just feel so.. "weird" seeing in the thread wf members asking for pa and da which they value so much..

FireNetworkBlog 01-27-2012 03:10 PM

I mean the PA and DA is not faked, what I really meant is it should not be taken too heavily or seriously on judging a site!

What does PA and DA really means anyway? It means a site has lots of unique domain to it?

OSE are even giving some site high PA and DA just because that domain is getting backlinks from site which has high PA and DA. Which literally means it has alot of backlinks to it.. but how high the quality of these backlinks I really doubt.. so stop putting high hope and value on OSE metrics.. its full of flaw.

You can basicly get a PR7 just from 5 domains backlinks or even less.. maybe 2 will do. And its because these 2 or 5 domains are super high quality with a few subpages which has pr 5-6 as well.

There is a mistake that alot of ppl do... they tend to believe in order to have high pr you need thousands of links.. so they go on to check a site's pr validity.. ooohh they found 2 domains then they go wallla walla bing bang red alert.. this PR7 is faked! Why? Because it does not have thousands of backlinks..

Hold on! Before you embarrass yourself.. just go check the quality of the backlinks. When quantity don't come in, check quality.. and the best way to check a PR? info:site.com at google.com. If it doesn't show the site result on the search.. it means it has been 301 redirected to the source of pr.

casinobonus24 01-29-2012 11:06 AM

FireNetworkBlog: no 'real' PR5 or higher will have a domain authority of under 35 - 40. If it has, it's likely to be 'unnatural' as easy as that.

Telling people that DA isn't important it's nothing but bullshit. A decent DA high PR backlinks is always legit and helps way more than this bullshit PR8 domains. The SEOmoz data displays aren't up to date but give you a perfect idea of the 'history' of a domain.

'Real' PR has 'high' DA. If a domain is 'too fresh' to have some DA but high PR, I'd stay away. As easy as that. Bottom Line for me.

PS: If you think you can fake domain authority by massspamming the domain it says it all about your judgement when it comes to domains... Despite that, you're mixing up Domain Authority and Page Authority. PA isn't nearly worth as much as DA - that's why DA is one of the most important factors for domains & blogrolls.

I don't know if you checked the DA as well it was 75, and now it finally drop to 69.xx after like 10 months. .. So.. if i were to redirect my site to a pr7 and pull it out.. you'll see walla PR7 legit! why? Because it has DA 75! ...

Well, I am not even talking about faking, I am worried wf members are clearly misleaded by thinking highly of da or what pa. Cause its a clear case I showed you.. my page PR0 has PA 75, my site (i think pr0 as well) domain full of crappy content DA 75 .. that was because I bought mass blog comment to it.. I noticed this through Terry Kyle, wasn't my idea.

Let me just be clear again, I am not stating how to fake da or pa, I am just stating that da and pa can be very misleading.

Should you pay me $400 for blogpost on my PR0 site which has DA 75? Or pay $400 for blogpost on a PR6 with DA 40-50? well.. .... ..?

I hope you read clearly of what's written and have a clear picture of it... I knew about da...

Anyway DA and PA come together hand in hand.. site has DA 88, would you still pay a high price for his inner page which has PA 12?

FireNetworkBlog 01-29-2012 12:08 PM

I have also seen alot of high pr sites with tons of backlinks from ahref and majestic(both in history and fresh index), went through them manually and checked all strong backlinks with pr but site explorer shows DA 26 and PA 1 ... and have few records of its backlinks.

I mean from time to time, we have to keep updated to the latest tools.. seo spyglass and ose is way behind right now. OSE doesn't even support how many c-class subnets backlinks one domain has. It goes on with their believe of tweet link.. facebook share link..

I mean how can you trust ose.. when it doesn't even find backlink to the PR5 site which I showed as example.. it can't find then, didn't record them.. so they justify as low PA and DA. That's unfair. I don't really know how this DA and PA thing work, base on what metrics are they giving the points. Majestic gives out ACrank base on how many high ACrank it has to the site, base on their own metrics.. so I don't know about Moz metric and how highly it should be look upon.

Anyway we still need to come up with a strong guideline for blogrolls :S that's the main point!

He is offering blog posts, where did you get blog roll from? Let me know.

eliquid 03-10-2012 09:01 PM

Fuck I didnt see this before I posted my BST.

Im offering Blog Rolls AND Blog POSTS too. Someone just pointed me to this though and I did not see it. However, I have been seeing links like these for sale on the forum for the past several weeks so I thought all was good with Posts and Rolls honestly ( i.e. high PR posts and rolls on other BSTs )

Let me know Zingo.

I think its includes any member, see the banned senior member above.

I followed what tencent was doing with link narwhal, so I thought it was OK. however, I admit I did not check this sticky beforehand.

I think the rule was made due to noobs coming on the forum and scamming with blogrolls. With your rep you should be fine. Don't take my word for it though, just my opinion.

Think zingo is on vacation for a week so you probably won't here from him for a while.
