Ah just realized I did not put that in V2 OP. Tat is 7 days, and with the dripping of orders it can take maybe a day longer if things get really backed up since we are doing 1 week drips.

Your report was sent 3 days ago. Please check your spam folder, however our documentation shows it was send out on the midnight between the 9th/10th.

Not sure why you are having a problem with my email. It is gmail and have had it for 6 years and never had anyone say there is a problem sending mail to a gmail address.

In any case, I'm OK with a link via PM or a google docs sheet. You have my gmail address to share the google spreadsheet with.

I wish I could tell you why, but I can't... so we're doing the best we can do to get you your report. We send from a Gmail and have sent to TONS of gmails with no issues, so you're not the only one who is baffled here. Especially when our sent folders show it's been successfully sent to you multiple times.

Forgot to update this. Got my report at the weekend and more than happy with the service.

Seems they have had some issues sending the reports, not sure why, but nothing some simple communication couldn't solve.

LegitAM fixed all issues I had with the tweets I mentioned before. He even gave me more tweets to make up for the slight mistake.

Will definitely use this service again. Seeing solid movements for terms targeted.
