Just a few concerns.

1. Article will be slightly different. Where the words "pussy, crotch, balls, boobies" will not be indicated and any other words that indicated adult sites. Only sexy words etc etc. So please don't get Keywords that has sex words or fuck words in it as it will be disapproved automatically by article sites..

2. I can only guarantee 80% of the sites will approve the articles.

3. I cannot guarantee SERP movements with this as we don't know how google reacts with Adult sites and no testings on my side has been done..
