Hey there,

The previous minisite creation thread that i started went pretty darn well! Got me a couple of regular clients and have created minisites for about 5-6 other people as well in the last month. Im now looking for a little more work to fill my free time and hence this thread.

What are Minisites and how can i benefit from them?

Mini-sites are condensed, concise websites built around a tight niche focus that is related to the domain name they are developed on. Mini-sites usually target a specific keyword, or small group of keywords that the developer hopes to eventually rank in the search engines for and thus capture traffic from a targeted audience.

These sites can earn revenue from a variety of sources including product offers, PPC ads, affiliate offers and even email newsletter subscriptions. Minisites (if ranked well) can act as powerful backlinks to your main site.

You can do a lot of things with your minisite. Its up to you to decide!

What we do:

- Buy domains (keyword related) & hosting (separate costs), or you can provide us with ftp access
- Create minisites with 3000-4000 words of content each. The content is written by various writers that i have recruited recently. I pitch in too.. Each page of content will have words written by a different writer.
- Images and videos related to the keywords will be added to the site.
- No 2 mini sites will have the same theme. I have about 80-100 themes (and growing) in my gallery that i choose from.
- All necessary Plugins will be installed
- Headers and logo will be made if necessary or requested.
- About, contact us pages will be created.

Turnaround Time

I can do about 5-10 minisites per week. Maybe more as i haven't pushed my limits yet. But lets stick with the current statistics.

Communication:

I will be online through most of the day via phone or my laptop/desktop. If you need anything, im just an IM/email away. Response will be quick and clear. The advantages of owning a WP7 phone.

I've used Rotwic in the past, and he does some great work. His turnaround time has generally been pretty fast, and he was able to customize some of the properties to my specification. He's my go-to guy for Mini-Sites.

A note for you guys:

I dont end with just content in a WordPress theme. I do a lot more than that. Customization is one of my stronger hands. I can literally tailor the site to look just the way you wanted it and have. If we work together closely, you will be satisfied for sure. The reviews that the guys posted above is proof of that!

So dont let that domain stay there idle. Make use of it. Make money out of it. Make it a powerful backlink or whatever your intentions are.
