As for keywords/anchors, I'm a big fan of mixing irrelevant social adjectives in front, ie:

Blasted. Not many backlinks prior except for 20 high quality/pr ones for protection. Anchor diversity on the blast was probably nearly non-existent because I get my raw urls, partial matches, and generic anchors from other link sources. My description spins utilize Word AI on the most-spun setting.

No, and nobody has a pool that is. I'm using every site that works and you're probably not even going to recieve 1,000 verified livelinks -- just 1,000 submissions. Pligg sites, which constitute the vast majority, are dropping like flies. Trust me, I'm using them all.
Many people, including myself and Nanexo, who also offers a great service, are grandfathering in the "1,000" figure but it's unfortunately no longer accurate. Back in October 2011 I was getting livelinks on 2200 unique domains. These days, it's good to hit 4 figures. Check your reports (from other providers) for duplicate submissions, fake links, or otherwise misleading figures.
