I have used this several times now and have seen bumps in all but one case. Some of these bumps have been dramatic (going from page 3-4 to page 1 for moderately competitive keywords).
 
Ordered the Medium package. They went live yesterday. Great bang for my buck. This is a new site and I saw major movement in ranking. Local search terms, moved from page 6+ to page 3- for 20 terms, got on the board for another 15 terms that I was not listed for yet. The only down side was delivery time. It took 13 days, which is fine if you are planning for it. I am about to put in a second order
