Another quick update: there's room for another long-term client, let's say two at most. We can handle individual $95 projects as well but since we're offering link building services at dirt cheap prices, we obviously prefer long-term arrangements.

Here's how it works:

your main site will receive links from the blogs and from the 5 social voting sites
each blog will receive links from 35 sites (30 social bookmarking sites, 5 social voting sites)
