Before you order this service

- make sure your domain name already points to your hosting DNS
- make sure your hosting have PHP 5 and cURL enabled (other wise some plugins may not function right). If you dont have hosting yet, i can recommend hostgator, so far i faced no problems with them for my service.
- make sure you can provide me with FTP access to your server (no worries, i dont share such informations with others and your privacy is my 1st priority)
- make sure you have an Clickbank account setup (this is needed for the blog monetization)
- make sure you have an Amazon Affiliate account setup (this is needed for the blog monetization)

How to order?

The first thing i want to say here is, i will be accepting only 1 order per day. The reason for this is very simple, i dont want just to charge WF fellows and then stuck in ton of undelivered projects and empty promises...many providers does this mistake and i dont want to fall in this situation.

1. state in this thread when you ready to order, so i can put your project in my work schedule. Please specify your order, i.e. "i want to order this service + the Amazon Store page" so i know you want also the amazon store page function to your blog (note this cost $15 extra and you will need to add this to the main service cost when you sending your payment).
2. send your payment (i accept only paypal payments). PM me for paypal email please.

What i will need from you?

- provide the ftp username and password to your server
- provide your Clickbank ID
- provide your username and password for Amazon Affiliates program
- provide your adsense codes (recommended ad spot dimensions are: 468x60, 200x200, 250x250 or 300x250)
- provide your site name (this will be used to design the blog logo)
- provide the exact link of the wordpress theme you choosed for your blog (choose theme from HERE or HERE and i will buy/download it to use on your blog)
- specify any preferences you may have to customize this wp theme to match your niche, i.e. state what kind of background or header you prefere.
- provide your niche, i.e. "games" or "barbeque" or "casino" etc. (and any other details related to the niche)
- provide atleast 10 keywords of your niche (you can provide up to 30 if you want)
- provide your email address you prefere to communicate with me

Delivery time of your project:

I promisse to delivery your project in 3 business days after you have provided all the necessary infos.

God, I'm an idiot. I just posted my review for your site in another thread. Thank god I realized it and deleted it. Anyways, here we go.

Just got my site done and here is my review.

Communication from the start was great. He asked for everything he needed up front and I actually didn't even need to communicate with him after I sent him everything. He has his shit together and will not bug you for minute details.

Quality is just what was advertised. I gave him my keywords and he got the articles, simple as that. The theme is set up correctly and ads are integrated nicely into the theme. Included everything you need for ad networks, like a privacy policy and such.

Can't beat it for the price. I have my site setup for me now with some content and a good looking theme and logo that matches, and I hate setting up sites, so it was 100% worth it. Don't miss out on this one guys!

So Timtim just completed my paid review.

Graphic wise - Dude has some talent, I would recommend to even start selling a Logo business if you are not outsourcing that. I was very surprised.

timtim lived up to everything stated in his first post.

WP, autoblogging, Amazon/Clickbank/Adsense (I used Prosperant)... all of the accounts... all of the twitter followers.

Some serious work is put into this entire package and it is totally worth it. Get those parked domains off the ground!

Also, on a side note, timtim responds much faster than many other sellers on WF and will explain everything ground up if need be. My last email from him was probably 600 words! :o)

this guy did a great work for my site. I gave him this 5 years old site which was totally useless, he transformed it into a money making machine. Killer graphics, clickbank, amazon aff, fresh content... everything is there!

I gotta say, this guy must have the passion for what he's doing because charging such a low price for all this work, not many will do. Especially in this era where even Indians and Chinese are starting to charge higher than US or Canadian providers.

I recommend, and I will definitely use his services again in the future.

The site gets 5k to 6k visitors a month but I am not sure what they want so whatever you would like to try is okay with me . So whatever you want to put up is fine with me, I am looking for a way for this site to start turning some profit.

Just got final report delivery for my order placed 6/02, however the bulk of the onsite work has been done for at least a week and there were a couple delays due to my own special requests and preferences. Nevertheless, still a much better delivery time than the other people I have order these WP/Site Setup type of packages from.

First off, the $105 price with the amazon store was worth it for the graphic design work alone. TimTim does great work at a great price. Honestly I did not expect the site to look as great as it did, the image files/design are awesome.

All of the plugins were set up correctly, have been feeding content for a week, and pushing the content out via RSS/Twitter. The twitter account had well over the 500 followings promised, and there's at least 75 people that have followed me back at this point, plus the account is on at least 5 lists. Also, the background image on the Twitter page is totally custom and looks amazing.

Not sure what else to say, for the price this service is highly recommended. It's a great way to put some content up on unused domains, and it's a great way to develop some mid-tier automated sites to push links back to your primary money sites.

Highly recommended if that's the kind of service you're looking for, and A+ communication as far as WF service providers go. He had a constant stream of updates from the beginning.

Small service Update: - delicious, diigo and tumblr accounts and features are now out of the entry package.

The reason for this is simple, this sites changed their scripting and my plugin no longer supports the automatic bookmarking on this sites.

To cover the service, i am going to follow extra 500 targeted twitter users to the entry package.
