MY REVIEW:

Communication: Excellent, had a load of questions and Jabborwocky was very patient.

Turn Around Time: A+, told me I'd have a report on Monday, I have a report on Monday.

Pros: Got 11k links instead of 5k. Guess I'll manage. :)

Cons: No report is supplied for the 100k "indexing links" but after talking with Jabber some more, I can understand why. A lot of those are "dynamic" links, ie, they're not on the same URL all the time, so furnishing a report with a bunch of URLs that no longer contained your link's links would just lead to a bunch of frustrated customers.

Taken a screenshot of my sitexplorer stats and will do so again in a week to update this thread with indexing rates.
