Value of my site?
Hi, not really sure if this is the correct place to put this thread so forgive me if it's wrong.
I am interested to know what the value of my site is. I know people say it is normally 10 x monthly income but I would like your personal opinion. Here are some facts/figures... Domain: www.freeturnkey.net Age: Two months Stats for June 2006 Unique visitors: 1,326 Total hits: 17,839 Revenue: $20 from adsense (Received 247 clicks in total) Stats for July 2006 so far (3 days) Unique visitors: 209 Total hits: 2,467 Revenue: $21 from private ads (stopped adsense as it was rubbish, now revenue is from private sales only) Other factors - Site has been talked about in many forums - Site is advertised on a few high rank sites (Two PR3 sites) and had one purchased thread in sitepoint.com (PR8) |
