Hi all, first post, what up.
A buddy of mine has been in this business for a couple years and is making some pretty decent cash monthly, I inquired, and he asked me to come "join the darkside" haha. So I've been checking out this site, reading around, basically gathering up my courage to fucking start. You guys seem pretty cool and honest so I'm hoping by sticking around I can get some motivation and make some money. I already got a .com name purchased for my niche (which I picked just based on personal interest, not intensive niche research), and right now am just trying to figure out what to put up from wordpress install to get this started. So I guess I just want to make sure my plan seems decent for starters and experimenters. I don't intend to approach this a must for revenue, but mostly for learning, experience, and getting shit right. So basically my plan was: niche > domain > content > minor back-linking > adsense/ads > heavy back-linking > update content/new posts > steady back-linking After some time in the game, and an averaged income, I'll probably switch to researching and outsourcing certain content and major SEO activities depending on how ballsy I'm feeling with the niche. If anyone has suggestions, kind words, warnings, pitfalls, etc. I'd love to hear from you. Thanks! |

Learn how to pick the right keywords.
1. Keywords with enough [EXACT] searches and commercial intent. 2. Keywords you can rank for. Look at the Top 10 websites ranking for the keyword and see if you can outrank them. The rest is just building links and monetizing properly. (converting etc) Don't use any of Google's products. Then you play the waiting game. Good luck. |

Just select keywords with low competition in starting. and do backlinking and learn how its work, then move toward some competitive keywords ( Highly searched ) and do the same with more SEO efforts you will be happy with results. If you require any help / suggestion regarding SEO feel free to PM me.

Also you can do research on your competitors sites, just select few keywords, and watch out your competitors keywords ( On-site and in any free backlink checker ), you will get few good keywords to start work. But again, start with low competitive keywords, that can bring you results fast and idea with Hope to move ahead. |
