My adsense sites got hit recently, and I just realized that I use the same privacy and ToS that many other people use to comply with the Adsense ToS.
Knowing that with the recent panda updates one page on your site can penalize all the rest, I'm pretty sure this can have some negative impact on the site. I'm figuring some sort of no-indexing is the way around this. Can someone recommend the most iron clad way of blocking google from spidering my terms of service/privacy pages? Thanks,,, |

If you are so worried about it being considered as duplicate content why not just rewrite it yourself or hire someone to rewrite it.. you don't need 1000 words for a privacy page, at most 300-500 words and $3-$5 (A cup of coffee) would be more than enough to settle it and put your mind at ease.

You can use wp-robots or wordpress for seo to noindex the page. Most SEO plugins have a noindex option. You want to noindex the page to keep it out of the SERPs.
Then just nofollow the links pointing to it. How to do that depends on your theme/theme options. |
