This is something I'm not sure if I understand. Would Adsense understand which keyword to advertise on my website if I brought traffic in from Facebook? Like since it's not linking in from a Google search, would it not know the keywords?

Adsense is a contextual network. It has very little to do with what keywords are sending the traffic that your website & more to do with the actual content of your site.
So if you have a site on Sports and you rank for "Rough kinky fisting in the backyard" - your site will show sports related ads. The source of traffic is irrelevant in this case. |
