Question AdSense Section Targeting

I'm noticing a high % of irrelevant ads on one of my sites. The site has a static front page, which seems to be fine, but the inner pages are displaying all sorts of irrelevant ads. I'm thinking about trying section targeting on some of the inner pages, but as with most things AdSense related, I'm a little cautious.

Does anyone have any experience with Section Targeting for AdSense? Does it improve relevancy/conversions enough to be worth it? Are there any risks involved?

you can block/remove certain ads from showing in your adsense ad space. I did this on one of my sites. I remember I used a firefox extension to see the link then there is a spot in Adsense where you can block links. Google it since I dont have the tut anymore

I'm aware of the option to block advertisers by URL, Section Targeting is intended to highlight sections of content so that AdSense can serve ads relevant to the selected content. I just want to know if anyone has used it.

I've never heard of Section Targeting. Maybe one or both of us could do a case study on this?
