FYI, did a search but unable to find any tips. Most seem to relate to teh services themselves or combine other larger pieces of software like SENuke. Looking for something smaller and perhaps web-based.

I've been out of the software game for a while. I haven't really kept up with all the latest stuff. Beyond scrapebox, I've always just purchased services for each website I own. However, I've been noticing an increase in the number of services offering content to be spun at a certain percentage. My assumption just based on the way the content usually reads is that it is not done by hand (duh).

Is there any small piece of software out there that can do this? I don't want to buy anything big or pay a monthly fee. Just something short and simple and maybe even web-based would be ideal.

Just checked out Spinner Chief, it looks pretty awesome. Why is it free though? WHat do they get out of it?
EDIT: Doesn't look like it works with Mac, is there a good alternative for Mac users?

I've heard a lot of best article writer..However, IMO, spinned article = waste of time + money. You'll be better off working with fresh content.

I would imagine spun content is terrible for your money site. I only want to use high quality informative and easy to read content to increase the conversion rate of the traffic. However, I think most people and my intentions on using it were simply to add to blog networks where their sole purpose is to pass link juice, not convert traffic. I think you're dumb if you try to use it on your money site.

Spinner Chief is good and Content Professor isn't too bad either (free), but it will only allow you (C.P.) 20 articles at a time spun.

What is actually spinning articles? I am a newbie and I'm not exactly sure that I understand what it means. How does it really work? Anybody can explain that in a sentence or too?

Article spinning is basically where you throw in an article and the software will spin it, attempting to make it halfway readable, but primarily keep some of the important keywords you are hoping to target in the search engines. Essentially, you want Google to think the content is related to the backlinks you have within it.

PHP Gator (or whoever else), what do you reckon about posting a good article to your money site then spinning that and posting it to your backlink pages? Unless I'm missing something this should work fine as long as you spin it to be unique enough to not appear as a duplicate to your money site right? Just trying to make the most leverage off one article.

Unfortunately, I'm not contented with most of the spinning software. Before I purchase best spinner, I rewrite my articles manually. Man, it took me so much time. I suggest best spinner. Try its free trial.

I'm a noob in using TBS. Pretty hard this time but I'm sure I will get used to it.

Better to struggle at spinning articles rather than juggling words manually. My brain couldn't stand it!

Just to play it safe, I don't do that. I created a separate article and spun it several times to get several articles out of one. I just felt better about it that way personally. Since i'm informed on the topics of my websites, by the time I do good research and write those 5-10 articles I place on my money site, I can write similar content pretty quickly. Doing about 400 words if you know the subject takes me about 5-10 minutes. It's worth the extra little bit of time I would say.

But if you don't want to look like a spammer, spin it manually.

I have yet to see any sort of spun content that is worthwhile.

If your aim is a bunch of content to link places, just spam. Don't even bother wasting time spinning, it doesn't add much beneft. Throw links around on copy pasted unreadable garbage and you'll get the same results.

Now, if you manually spin content/rewrite, you can have your "bullshit" articles MUCH closer to your moneysite, and it will help. Just a thought
