I want to promote natural diet pills offers with Google (not in English), but there is an autoblock on using 'pharmacy' keywords in Adwords unless you're a registered pharmacy.

The only option is to let Google manually approve those ads, but is that a good idea if you're promoting rebill snake oil stuff?

Are you serious? Where the fuck have you been? Google has made it pretty clear they hate affiliate sites, let alone shitty rebills. Can you still do it? Yeah. Is it worth it in the longrun? Not really.

Bro, I do SEO and do it well, so I really have no clue about what goes in Adwords. I am also not targeting US consumers and see plenty of affiliate ads in the serps, that's why I asked.
