Hey everyone,
I invested a few dollars in getting a website developed and am now looking to get some backlinks pointing at it. Where should I start? There are some many people on here advertising thier back link services, I don't know where to begin i.e. social book marking, blog rolls etc. I am fairly confident that a drip feed is way to go (from what I've read) as not get get my site sandboxed. Thanks for your help, and may the dickrolls begin! YBull |

(a) Stop caring about your site. If it gets sandboxed, deindexed, or you otherwise #$%^ it up, you can usually fix it or, barring that, you can make something new.
(b) Do some research here, read some of the case studies and pick a direction. Spend a few weeks doing SOMETHING and see what happens. SEO isn't a science and, even if someone had a secret sauce that worked every time, they'd never share it with you. |

I'll be the first to admit the site is a bit thin. Its pretty much 3 main pages (Home, Widget type 1, Wiget type 2), and then within that are 15 or so pages like Wiget type 1 Brand X etc. I alos have a blog that I am adding a few articles to myself and I bought 10 articles that I am waiting to be finished.
