I got banned a week ago for something that happened a year ago. After spending a few grand on adwords they decide to ban me because two of my older sites were not compliant with google terms. I understand that, i explained the situation to them and wrote an extensive apology. That didnt work. They said the only way they would "consider" unbanning my accounts is if i make both sites compliant. I no longer have access to those domains or sites so i cant do it. Anyways i have tried changing my IP address, didnt work. I'm considering just trying to run an adwords account from a totally different house and computer. Do you guys have any suggestions on how i can get around this?.

Spiderweb is right, though it's hardly a secret. Google is pretty good at keeping you banned. One time I ended up having to incorporate a company using a new address (family member) and get a corporate card under their name, plus a new email address and new ip (router) just to avoid a re-ban. Was planning to incorporate anyway but this was for my freelance SEM work so I had to have a functional AdWords account.

Adwords Account:
New bank account, new debit card, dif address using rented private po box if necessary. Clean Access: RDP into a cheap Windows VPS setup Adwords account. The bank I use will call cc services and have my numbers for me so don't have to wait for card. Less than 4 hours and less than $40 back in business. Have done this twice last time was Aug 2011 Adwords account still going.
