I have a blog right now with several articles that I'm hoping to use to drive traffic to some AM landing pages. The basic structure is like this:
Landing Pages (different landing pages for different sub-niches): www.<shortdomain>.com/landing-page-keyword-1 www.<shortdomain>.com/landing-page-keyword-2 www.<shortdomain>.com/landing-page-keyword-3 While the blog is at the home url www.<shortdomain>.com The blog posts contain links to the landing pages and are highly related. How is this for SEO purposes? I have seen alot of the reverse where the home url is the landing page and there is a blog subdomain. |

You're on the right track. I do the same thing. I use one domain for a majority of my landing pages. If you're sending paid traffic at them and aren't planning on organic traffic, I wouldn't worry too much about SEO.
