Great list, thanks. Has anyone ever come across a site where a visitor can enter thier site details and stats, and it shows programs that are best suited for thier needs? If this hasn't been done, it would be very useful. If it has, can someone link me to it. It takes quite a while to go through every program out there, read about them, then view thier acceptance policies to find out that your site, or it's traffic keep you from applying.

A good list there. I have heard of most of them and can say that most, if not all of them pays.

I have over 150 Ad / CPA Networks on my site where I am surprised that I don't have some of them that you have listed. I have saved this thread as I may need to come back to it in the future.

I don't have any affiliation there, but know it to be a good resource.

i've found out about Project Wonderful a week ago, it allows you to make put your own banners up and bid on ad spots. I've got like 1000 targetted visitors for less than a penny each

Search 4 Clicks is the G-R-E-A-T. See my Autosig. The Application process is extensive but it is so worth it once you get in. It’s one of the best kept secrets in AM I think. Low Competition. High Pay Outs. Let me know if you have questions and I will *try* to answer them.

Search4Clicks (aff link) probably has 100+ long-running offers that pay out $15-$28+/lead. It's for education and school related stuff. Anyone who is interested and needs info on the network (ex. tips to be accepted) - let me know....

Something to watch out for - they have very poor review of ad placement initially on your site.

I had a representative from them approve all my ad placements - and say they were ok. Then a month or so later their "quality control" department threatened to pull my whole account - saying the ads were miss placed. So why have the rep in the first place approve all placements?

They are a bit sloppy to say the least.

They also have a "Policy" - that 300x250 medium rectagles cannot be below the fold of a page - which is patently ridiculous from an advertisers point of view or a publishers. Any rational review of sites would show that below the fold medium rectangles can perform as well or even better than above the fold - DEPENDING ON THE SITE DESIGN.

So watch out for arbitrary - and often STUPID - policies from ValueClick - and poor clarity & slipshod enforcement... done by monkeys without brains.
