Help I want the top 10 search results on google for a given keyword
I am a total noob here. Can someone please tell me how I would go about buying (???) the top spots on google for a given keyword? What does it take to get listed as #1? How much does it cost? What do you have to do? How can you overtake someone listed as #1? etc etc

organic listings aside, well... you could try Pay Per Click. Noobs with big monies can buy their way to the top of the rankings this way. You may need to borrow some dollars from mom's purse first though.
