Well, first of all, it's called "Adsense". I don't think your blog will be too popular in these parts. Heh.

The ad block kinda sticks out, as if to say, "hello, I am an adsense block; This site was built just for me."
You should at least change the background to match. While it has been said that blue urls get more clicks, since the links in your site contrast so much from the adsense urls, it would probably be better for you to change those as well.

Hmm, you have three text spots which will pay you per click, ok. But I would take down at least one of the text banners and replace it with a CPM or a cost per impression banner. You can do that by logging into your account and selecting only image ads to load instead of text links. Then you'll need boat loads of traffic from hundreds of directories , including all the web 2.0's, other blogs, etc... make money, you know what to do. Generate backlinks with lots of traffic , go hit all the web 2.0 blog directories out there, or pay somebody to do it for you.
