I am slowly diving into the AM and would like to join some network (preferably Ads4Dough). The thing is, on the sign-up form, they ask me what website(s) do I have, what are the pageviews etc., and I don't currently have any solid websites with solid numbers... I am a programmer by nature and I never built a site focused on large traffic. So, will they approve my application? After all, I can promote offers by PPC right?

Houdas is already approved. But just a side note if you're going to signup for a network what you write in the notes box matters. Make sure it's good english and explain a little about yourself.
Just a little insight about what goes on owning an affiliate network. Owning a network we get about 10-20 fraud or scammer apps a day. Most are from china, vietnam and russia where there are rings of people that defraud affiliate networks. They use proxies, actors, rented house and a lot of other stuff trying to get throgh. These fraudsters ruin the offers for good affiliates by using stolen CC's and stuffing leads just trying to make a little money. They constantly apply knowing they're going to get denied most of the time and just wait for one to slip through. So the tight reins on the approval process is really to protect us as affiliates. Stop and imagine for a second you spend a bunch of time and money getting a PPC campaign just right. Then someone gets through and starts using stolen CC's filling out offers and the advertiser gets upset and pulls the campaign. Then us as the hardworking affiliates doing the right thing gets hosed. Couple of things to help you get approved. Write about your knowledge. Most scammers just copy website descriptions. If you don't have a site talk about why. Don't use proxies to apply as most networks I know check standard proxy ports. Supply the best number to reach you and if need be put when is a good time to call in the notes. Mention WickedFire, this is a huge help. That's just a few things to help you get approved with networks. If all else fails call. Or if you see someone from the network that posts on WF just pm them. Hope this helps. Success, Smaxor
