Finding a Good Domain - WickedFire - Affiliate Marketing Forum

I'm starting a sports card collecting site. Got a good web structure started, what I'm missing is a good domain.

So far I've used the whois.net (deleted domains) and also randomly typed in domains to see if they were available.

Any other ideas where I should turn to find a good .COM domain?

I've also looked through Godaddy's auctions and people are crazy what their asking for shitty domain names

*discalimer - I've done the 'search' on the forums and really haven't come up with an answer

I've always found a good way to get domain ideas is to sit down with your girlfriend, drink some jack and coke, and get out a pen and paper.

it needs to be something easy to remember, easy to spell.
Brain Storming is the first step to any biz.

You're only limited by your imagination. I have registered excellent domain names I invented myself. Here's a couple of examples for you that I found are available:

sportydeck.com
teamfacetrader.com

Now go do your own work, n00b.

adwords keyword external > throw in similar sites > gen keyword list > add .com to the end > godaddy bulk reg tool

go to makewords.com and use the adjective feature. Simple as that.

The makewords.com site friggin rocks. Found some great domains not only for the sportscard site, but a few others I'm working on.
