If I count actual work, then I spend 4-6 hours on my Adword Campaigns. On days that I introduce a new offer campaign; I spent an additional 6 hours that day than my norm.

I work 40hrs per week at a good paying corporate job, but hopefully only for another year tops. I spent probably 8 hours a week writing (quick income, especially since I have the right skill set and now DNS), some of that is used for my own use, some of that is sold here and other places. I spend probably an hour or two a day on CPA stuff, whether its black hat or white, I spend another hour or two a day doing article submission, building blog landing pages etc, and another at least hour of looking for that great next money making method. This was a totally addicting experience for me, the first week I made $800, I was so happy, and I hadnt worked more than 12 hours to get there, since then I just want to keep earning more and more. I spend probably 8 hours a day on the weekend days catching up. Total, I would say I put in close to two full time jobs, one is paying me now, and hopefully with all I am doing the other will continue to pay me passively.

I enjoy my home office.
I work pretty much when I want to, which is at least until noon.
From October to December I spend a lot of time with my eBay store.

Well other then 8 hours at school and then another 2 for homework (in high school) I get about 1-2hours of solid work on my projects. I know I could do more but I am trying to maintain a social life and keep my self in shape!

40 hours at my regular job + 20 hours are spent on my own projects. I used to work 80 hours weekly but now it seems I'm getting too old for this.

Hey, I really admire the number of hours you guys put in! I put in about 35 to 40 and thought that was a lot! Am guessing that more hours are needed in the beginning to get things up and running.

about 2-4 hours a day thanks to a couple of techniques I adopted.

general outline for personal productivity and automation is as proceeds...

NOTE: Being effective VS. Efficient

Effective: Doing things that move you closer to your goal.
Efficient: Performing a given task (whether important or not) in the most economical manner possible. Being efficient is the default mode of the universe :/

sooooo Keep in mind....

1. Doing something unimportant well does not make it important.
2. Requiring a lot of time does not make a task important.
(what you do is INFINITELY MORE IMPORTANT that HOW you do it)

80/20 principle- Most are familiar with this, some are not and you SHOULD be. It was coined by a economist by the name of Vilfredo Pareto when he noticed that 20% 0f the population was in control of 80% of the wealth. It was later applied to EVERYTHING. 20% of your actions are directly responsible for 80% of your income/wealth, you hang out with 20% of your friends 80% of the time, you where 20% of your clothes 80% of the time. You visit 20% of the places in your city 80% of the time. 20% of your campaigns running produce 80% of your revenue, 20% of investors obtain 80% of the profits and 20% of one of those investors portfolios brings them 80% of their gains the list goes on and on so have fun with it. Its important to eliminate (or be an analytical fat cutting machine) before you move on to the other rules/steps. Being busy is a form of laziness-lazy thinking and indiscriminate action.

Parkisons Law - A task or project will swell in complexity due to the amount of time you allow for its completion (deadline) In school or work, when an assignment is given you magically complete it before its due date to avoid the potential negative consequence (bad grade or termination) Well...in this game we dont have any real externally imposed deadlines. So try and come up with some for yourself an easy one is using this as your primary source of income. You might have to cut expenses completely and live off of ramen noodles and water like so many of us have. At least I know thats what I did. Suck it up.... fight or flight is still in affect.

Batching - Letting repetitive tasks build to a point where it will be completed on a set day for a set day for a set amount of time (Parkisons Law) Laundry, Dishes, Bills, Calls to return, EMAIL, STATS lol

Anyways i've adopted these techniques and it hasnt been the most comfortable thing to do but it is worth it.

Oh yeah, and dont try to delegate things you dont know how to do yourself.

I work 2 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Im making enough money to break even through SEO and selling products to break even.

To just maintain what i have i could get away with 2 hours a week probably so the rest of the time is invested in gradually increasing.

the rest of my time is spent living the lifestyle ive choosen.
