I use a website from a company called SSCatacombs. I use it for a redirect page to a ad marketing page. From the Catacombs control panel I can still edit all the different types of meta and mask my redirect address and page title etc. My question is:
I have read that redirect pages are bad to use due to the fact that most search engines in Web 3.0 tries to index ,out , these type of links. I use a free host. Should I host the domain somewhere in order to have it come up more in the search engines and so it can become more indexed.

Yes! You seem to know the answer already. I've only done white- hat projects. Being thus, I Play mainly by the rules. If you want to use Adwords eventually then you should definitely use a separate domain.
