Question How Do You Cloak and Replace A Facebook Ad?

I understand how to cloak, at least how to take a PHP file and redirect it to another website. What I don't get is how to cloak a Facebook ad and then replace it with stuff not allowed after it's been approved.

Once you make that ad, the only thing you can change is the bid price and your redirect (cloaking link). So how can you get an ad approved on something the interns will carefully check over?

By changing the links you control as opposed to what they control?

Why do people keep referring to interns?
Interns declining my ads... etc

intern.dev.facebook (or whatever the referrer is)
Intern = Internal
